Plain-language summary

AuraClaw can help with real desktop work, but you remain responsible for reviewing outputs, protecting your accounts, and supervising any task that could affect files, data, payments, or external systems.

1. Acceptance and Eligibility

By accessing or using AuraClaw, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you use the service on behalf of a company, team, or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.

You must be old enough to legally use online services and enter into a binding contract where you live. If local law requires parental or guardian consent, you may only use AuraClaw with that permission.

2. Service Scope and Desktop Actions

AuraClaw is a desktop AI assistant that may help you capture tasks, generate content, summarize material, remember preferences, set reminders, and coordinate work across local and cloud tools. Some features may act on local files, selected text, app context, or third-party services that you choose to connect.

You authorize AuraClaw only to the extent needed for the features you actively use. You are responsible for checking permissions, reviewing important actions, and avoiding use cases where mistakes could create legal, financial, health, safety, or security risk without appropriate human review.

3. Accounts, Subscriptions, and Third-Party Services

Certain features may require an AuraClaw account, Google sign-in, or a paid subscription. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.

  • Paid plans renew automatically unless you cancel before the next billing cycle.
  • Prices, credit allocations, and plan features may change in the future, but changes should apply prospectively rather than retroactively.
  • Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers, and your use of those services is also subject to their terms.
  • Except where law requires otherwise, or where AuraClaw fails to provide the paid service for a meaningful continuous period, subscription fees are generally non-refundable.

If you connect external tools, model providers, or API keys, you are also responsible for complying with those providers' applicable terms, policies, and usage limits.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use AuraClaw to:

  • break the law or infringe another person's rights;
  • upload malware, deploy phishing, spam, or abusive automation;
  • probe, bypass, or interfere with security or rate limits;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, devices, networks, or third-party services;
  • use the service to generate harmful, deceptive, or exploitative content in violation of applicable rules;
  • resell or misuse the service in ways our product allows us to restrict.

We may suspend or limit access if we reasonably believe your use creates security, abuse, legal, or operational risk.

5. AI Limitations, Intellectual Property, and Your Content

AI systems can be incorrect, incomplete, biased, or out of date. AuraClaw may suggest actions, produce text, route tasks, or retain memory, but you remain responsible for reviewing important output before relying on it. The service is not legal, financial, medical, or other regulated professional advice.

As between you and AuraClaw, you retain ownership of the content you submit to the service. AuraClaw and its licensors retain all rights in the software, branding, interface, and service design. To the extent permitted by law, and subject to third-party rights and model limitations, we assign to you any rights we may have in output generated specifically for your use. Similar or identical output may also be generated for other users.

6. Disclaimers, Liability Limits, Termination, and Contact

AuraClaw is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect accuracy, or that the product will meet every workflow, compatibility, or availability expectation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AuraClaw will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business interruption. Our aggregate liability for claims arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the service in the six months before the claim arose or USD 100.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially violate these Terms, create risk for other users, or if we discontinue the service. You may stop using AuraClaw at any time and cancel a paid plan before its next renewal cycle.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the AuraClaw entity providing the service to you, without regard to conflict of law principles, and subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Questions about these Terms can be sent to [email protected]. For product-specific guidance, you can also visit the FAQ or Pricing page.
